It was started in 2026 by Zachary Davis to give small healthcare organizations a simpler way to screen employees and vendors against the federal and state exclusion lists, with documentation that holds up when a surveyor or payer auditor asks for it.
About the founder
Zach has spent his career as a site reliability engineer, most recently at a large financial services company, working on systems where mistakes are expensive and everything needs to be verifiable after the fact. That experience shaped how ExclusionSentry works: source files are archived with checksums, source freshness is published on a live status board, and every report names the exact source versions it used.
The commitments
