State exclusion lists
Not every state publishes an exclusion list. The ones that do publish them in different places, in different formats, under different names, and not all of them are Medicaid lists: New Jersey's is a Treasury debarment list, and the District of Columbia's is procurement debarment. This page records what we found on each state's own official sources, and says plainly which ones ExclusionSentry screens today.
Both federal lists, the OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusions, are screened for every roster regardless of state. They are nationwide.

We found no exclusion list published by these states on the official sources we checked, and several of them direct providers to the federal databases instead. Each page says which. A list can exist without being published, so these record what we checked rather than what a state holds, and whether federal screening satisfies your own obligations is a question for your counsel.
