What the District of Columbia publishes is not settled. Below is exactly what we found and what we could not confirm, so you can judge it rather than take our word for it. ExclusionSentry does not screen the District of Columbia.
What we found
The District's Medicaid agency, DHCF, publishes no exclusion list of its own, and its Medicaid Program Integrity page links none. The District-wide Excluded Parties List does exist and is current, but it belongs to the Office of Contracting and Procurement and is framed on its own page as procurement debarment, pointing to SAM.gov for federal exclusions. Other District materials treat it as covering ineligibility for District programs including Medicaid. Whether it satisfies a Medicaid exclusion check is a compliance judgment for your own counsel. We are not going to make that call for you by quietly filing it as a Medicaid list.
