We found no exclusion list published by Virginia itself when we checked its official sources on 2026-08-06. The state's own material directs providers to the federal exclusion databases instead, and those are the two lists ExclusionSentry screens every roster against.
What we found
DMAS provider manuals direct providers to screen against the federal OIG LEIE and SAM.gov, and to report any exclusion they discover to DMAS. We found no Virginia-specific list published on DMAS sites. That absence is what our search showed rather than an explicit DMAS statement that none exists.
