Nebraska Medicaid Excluded Providers (NMEP)
Published by the Nebraska DHHS, Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care (monthly). Nebraska's NMEP list mixes terminations and exclusions, each row carrying the sanction and reason codes the state publishes. DHHS tells providers to check the list at least monthly. Healthcare organizations screen staff and contractors against it to protect their program participation and billing eligibility.
