Nevada Medicaid Sanctions and OIG Exclusions List
Published by the Nevada Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (roughly weekly). Nevada's master list combines Medicaid sanctions with Office of Inspector General exclusions in one file. Rows name the sanctioned provider and, where Nevada records them, persons holding a controlling interest of 5 percent or more. Healthcare organizations screen staff and contractors against it to protect their program participation and billing eligibility.
