About this list
The Medicheck list records precluded providers. Each row carries a status field, and Pennsylvania maintains the file by editing rows in place: when a party is reinstated, the state records it by updating the status on that party's existing row. The current file therefore shows the status the state has assigned to each entry.
The list is published as a CSV file, a plain text format that spreadsheet programs can open, and it is refreshed on a daily cycle. Names are split across separate columns in the file. Any candidate match from this list is a potential match only. A reviewer confirms it against the official Medicheck record before treating it as the same party.
